Day 1Into the delta
Pickup in Ho Chi Minh City and drive to the delta (about 2 hours). Boat across the Mekong to the islands, a rowing boat through the canals, fruit tasting and a coconut workshop. Continue to Can Tho for the night.

Day 2Cai Rang floating market & return
Early boat to Cai Rang floating market while the trading is busiest, then a rice-noodle workshop and a walk through a village before the drive back to Ho Chi Minh City (about 3.5 hours).
