Overview
A long day that pairs Second World War history with one of Thailand's most beautiful waterfalls. The morning is spent at the Kanchanaburi War Cemetery, the museum and the bridge over the River Kwai, followed by a ride on the historic railway along the Wampo viaduct.
In the afternoon we head into Erawan National Park, where seven tiers of turquoise pools step down through the forest. Bring a swimsuit.
