Day 1Ninh Binh
Drive to Ninh Binh (about 2 hours). Bai Dinh pagoda, lunch, then a rowing boat through the caves and temples of Trang An, finishing with the climb to Mua Cave for the view. Night in Ninh Binh.

Day 2To Lan Ha Bay
Drive to the harbour and board your cruise. Afternoon kayaking or bamboo boat, swimming and sunset on deck. Dinner and night on board.

- Cruises follow harbour authority weather rules. If the bay is closed for a storm, we move your date or refund in full. Life jackets are on board and the crew gives a safety briefing.
- Mua Cave has about 500 steps.
- Ninh Binh's rice fields are golden around late May to June and September to October.
- Prices are per person in Canadian dollars. Vietnam uses the dong (VND); cards work in most hotels, but bring some cash for markets and tips.
