Overview

Cambodia's island side: white sand, clear water and almost no roads. The expressway gets you to the coast in about two and a half hours, then a speedboat takes you to Koh Rong in under an hour.

Itinerary

Day 1Phnom Penh to Koh Rong

Private pickup from your Phnom Penh hotel for the expressway drive to Sihanoukville, then the speedboat to Koh Rong (about 35 to 50 minutes). Check in and catch the sunset.

Day 2Island hopping & plankton

Full day on a boat around Koh Rong's quiet bays with snorkelling stops, fishing and a beach barbecue. After dark, swim with bioluminescent plankton.

Boats may not run in rough weather during the rainy season (about June to October); we rebook or refund.
