Refund & Cancellation Policy

At True Journey Inc., we strive to provide seamless and unforgettable travel experiences. We understand that plans can change, and this Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for cancellations, refunds, and changes to bookings.

1. Cancellations by the Traveler

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to truejourney02@gmail.com.

• Cancellation charges are applied based on the notice period before the trip:

  • More than 60 days prior to departure: Full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits and transaction fees.

  • 30–59 days prior to departure: 50% refund of the total package price.

  • 15–29 days prior to departure: 25% refund of the total package price.

  • Less than 15 days prior to departure: No refund will be issued.

• Non-refundable deposits (if applicable) will not be returned under any circumstances.

2. No-Shows

• Failure to arrive on the scheduled date or to participate in any part of the trip will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.

3. Changes by the Traveler

• Requests to reschedule or modify bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• True Journey Inc. will make every effort to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee confirmation.

4. Cancellations by True Journey Inc.

• In rare cases where we must cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, political unrest, or insufficient bookings), travelers will be offered:

  • A full refund of the package price, or

  • The option to transfer the booking to an alternative date or package of equal value.

• True Journey Inc. is not responsible for additional costs outside the package (such as airfare booked independently).

5. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14–21 business days.

• Transaction or bank processing fees may apply and are non-refundable.

6. Travel Insurance

• We strongly recommend all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, delays, medical expenses, and other unforeseen situations.
